Being a Part of the Parent Community
One of the most vibrant aspects of Saint Lawrence Academy is its community. While parents are recognized as the primary educators of their children, the school employs a "team effort" in approaching a student's academic, spiritual, moral and social development.
As a community we recognize that working together can accomplish so much more than working alone. A student's academic and personal growth and success is the goal for which all are working.
There are many opportunities for parents, students and faculty to join together as one community. Parents are always welcome at the Academy masses held on campus in the church. Counselors have an open door policy for students to see them. Parents are encouraged and invited to meet with teachers and counselors to plan their students' academic path.
The Saint Lawrence Academy Parent Club is a social and service organization that exists to support the mission of the school. All parents of Saint Lawrence Academy are members of the Parent Club. The Parent Club coordinates and participates in fundraising events that support the financial needs of the Academy and hosts and participates in social events to promote social interaction for all parents, teachers, staff and the community.
Please visit to the Parent Club section for additional information on the Parent Club and ways to get involved and volunteer. If you are able to do so, please visit the Giving section of the school website to learn more information about supporting Saint Lawrence Academy.
