Tuition and Fees

Tuition for the 2011 - 2012 school year is $13, 352, plus a non-refundable $500 registration fee.  The tuition fee is set annually by the Parish and Education Center Finance Council and is announced by mid-March of each year.

Families with more than one student in the Academy or who have students in the Saint Lawrence Elementary and Middle Schools will receive a multi-student discount.  Students in the Zacchaeus Program pay a slightly higher tuition rate.

The non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your student's enrollment to Saint Lawrence Academy.

  • Incoming freshman deposit is due at the end of March.
  • Returning student deposit is due by April 1.  After this date, the registration fee increases to $550 on April 16th and $600 on April 30.

There are four options for tuition payments:

  • Plan A:  One payment due in full by July 1st.  (2% discount will be applied if paid in full by cash or check on or before July 1.  This single payment may also be made by Visa or MasterCard; however, the discount cannot be applied.)
  • Plan B:  Automatic Debit Agreement for 2 equal withdrawals: the first payment due July 1 and the second due December 1.
  • Plan C:  Automatic Debit Agreement for 10 equal monthly withdrawals beginning in July.  (Families may select the 5th or 21st of the month is their withdrawal date.)
  • Plan D:  Automatic Debit Agreement for 11 equal monthly withdrawals beginning in July.  (Families may select the 5th or 21st of the month as their withdrawal date.)
To complete the registration and tuition process, families must complete and return the following:

  • Saint Lawrence Academy Registration Agreement
  • $500 non-refundable registration fee
  • Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment (with attached voided check) if selecting Plans B, C, or D. (This form is included with the Saint Lawrence Academy Registration Agreement.
