Religious Studies Department

Questions abound in Religious Studies classrooms.  Is there a God? What role does God have in my life?  Should we interpret the Bible literally?  What lessons are to be learned from the Bible?  What is the difference between justice and charity?

The Religious Studies department is rooted in the mission of Catholic education, helping students to develop their faith which seeks understanding.  Students increase their faith and understanding of traditions of the Catholic church through a series of courses centered on the life and teachings of Christ, sacred scripture, justice, philosophy and Christian lifestyles.
